How can I take off fake nails?

I went to the salon today and got my nails done. I hate them and want to take them off. Is there a way I can do that?How can I take off fake nails?

The salon can remove them for you. You can do it at home but it is a lengthy process. First you need to soak your nails in acetone until the acrylic starts to soften. Onc ethey begin to do this, scrape the acrylic (which I assume is what they put on you) off with an orange wood stick. You nails will be a wreck once you get them off so be prepared. If the problem is that they are to long, you can have them shortened.
My friend always gets her nails done at the salon and they are hard to get off the best way to do it is to either soak them in finger nail polish remover or go back to that same salon and have them take them off 4 u. hope this helps!! =)
Soak them in soapy water for about 30 minutes to an hour. Try and pluck them off. Since you just got them done, it may hurt badly so stop if the nails dont ease off. Try again the next day. But keep playing with them and wash your hands as much as possible
buy acetone (sp) i think it's called. you just soak your hands in it. go to the store tomorrow and pick it up! or what i do...i honestly just rip them off with my teeth. it kills though, obvi.
try to pull them off or use nail polish remover that also helps with the glue after there off then wash them really well with soap and water
