How to properly put on fake nails?

i have them, but i want to make sure that they look good. like if i got them done proffesionly. How to properly put on fake nails?
Well, first cut your real nails and then file them so they are short. Then, push back your cuticles. Next put a dab of nail glue on the fake nail AND on your nail so that they stay on longer. Then, gently slide the fake nail on under your cuticle so it looks like the cuticle is growing over the nail like a real nail. Then, press the nails tightly so they will stay on. Next if they have a little tab on the tipp rip it off. Then, file the fake naill down so it is smooth and natural-looking. Then for extra protection-if it is a french manicure fake nail- put on a clear nail polish to protect them from getting chipped. If its just a normal fake nail then paint them a cute nail polish color. Hope this helped!!How to properly put on fake nails?
first lightly file the nail as nail dust helps it to adhere. Make sure you put the bottom of the false nail right at your cuticle so it looks real. You can use the nail to push your cuticle back a little too. Put a drop of glue on your nail, using the false nail quickly spread the glue up so your nail has an even layer, place the false nail (make sure it's straight) and hold for about 10 seconds. * Nail glue is vicious stuff! If you get any on your skin let dry and use a file to get it off later... also, it will come off naturally within the day so don't panic. Do not wipe it on fabric of any kind as it will be there forever* Run a file over the top of the false nails after you apply them because they usually have a ragged edge that needs removing.
i would go to a nail salon. When ever i do them at home they always some how get messed up even if i am just sitting at a table.
By letting a professional do it. How are you going to do the hand that you write with? Honest let a pro do it.
