How to take off fake nails?

I got my nails done for my sister's wedding and now I want them off. I don't know anything about this or what the difference is but they aren't just acrylic nails. I believe they are just acylic tips and the rest of it was done with a pink gel. It was a lot more expensive than a full acrylic set. But anyway, how do i get them off without going to the salon?How to take off fake nails?
well u probably should go to the salon but u can soak them in nail polish remover for a few minouts (ikd what it will do to ur cuticles tho=[)or u could just let them fall off (but that will take longer)How to take off fake nails?

pour some nail polish remover in a bowl and soak you fingers in it for about 10 or 15 min...the fingernail polish remover eats the acrylicness of the nails...they should just peal right off.
DON'T pick or clip your nails off - this is what does the most damage to your natural nail plate when you have false nails.





You need to soak them in pure acetone for 20-30 minutes then gently scrape the product away.





The best solution is to return to a reputable salon. they have the products you don't have access to. This ensures your natural nail plate is not damaged.





If you do it yourself, especially clipping, picking and chipping them away you are asking for trouble!!

I am the queen when it comes to taking off nails. Soak your hands in warm water use some nail poilsh remover. Use some big nail clippers and clip off the ends of the acrylic nail. Once you have cut the end off you should be able to pick/ cut the rest off. You can try and lifting and picking up the sides of your nail like where your cuticle is. I would say it hurts more to do it ';at home'; then going to a spa/salon. It does cost you money but it would be better on your nails. It costs anywhere from $10-20 bucks and usually they give you a massage/manicure so leave with pretty nails that are in better shape. But it sounds like you don't want to spend anymore money on them which is cool. Just try this way... Hope my advice has helped. Take care!!
if you try ur gonna damage ur nails severely so go to the saslon its only like 15-25 bucks and is well worth it if itll save ur nails
Soak your finger tip in baby oil..Massage and . Then wash your hair... that combination should cause them to pop off easily.
Get acetone...(nail polish remover) put it in a bowl. or something and soak ur fingers in them about 30 MINUTES. every about twho minutes take out you fingers and scrape off some of the fake nail with a butterknife or something. and then put it back in.,.,,,,,,this would b ur best bet. ii am a PROFFESIONAL. literally.
Well try putting ur nails under hot water and then with ur hands still in the water try peeling them off.
