Can you bring in a deisgn for fake nails or are they pre-made?

I want to get gel-tipped nails but i don't know if you can bring in a deisgn that you want, or are the nails pre-made. and what is the price of fake nails?Can you bring in a deisgn for fake nails or are they pre-made?
