How do you get fake nails off?

I got gel nails put on for graduation, and it's been just over two weeks since then.


I want to get them off, but I don't want to make another appointment and pay for something when I can just do it at home.


How do I take them off manually?


I know I'm supposed to soak them in something.





*Note that these are not fake nails bought at a store, but actual fake nails applied at a salon, so I can't just pop them off.*How do you get fake nails off?
Take a piece of cotton wool and wet it with acetone. Put on the nail and cover with a piece of tin foil. Repeat the process for every nail on its one. Should do the trick within 5 -10 Minutes.How do you get fake nails off?

But here goes...





1. Soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.


2. If you have any acetone, your meant to use that to loosen them...





That's all i know, but fake nails are applied with basically super glue.





I would get a professional to look at them, if you can't do it yourself, you don't want to rip them off!
You should try soaking them in hot..hot water and try to peel them off by pushing down on the tip and the nail by your skin should come up and then try to peel it off.... if the hot water doesn't work go to a drug store and buy nail remover( that stuff helps to get them of really easy)
Get your dog to bite them off for ya, lol!

either they will come off by themselves sooner or later or you can soak your nails in achohal or nail polish remover. you shouldn't peel them or else they will ruin your nails and leave layers but if you do peel them, then your nails will be back to normal in about two - four weeks.
they sell things in stores that are fake nail remover idk if that'll work but you could also just use a nail clipper -- thats wat i did i had the same problem
ok i heard soking your nails can help or just go and get them done at the salon.
i think you should soak them in nail polish remover and then take them off it will hurt but if you want them to com off then do it....my friend dose it all the time so try it

okay its gonna hurt a little, but soak them in nail polish remover for like a few minutes, then get nail clippers and start clipping the most you can. then get a nail filer like one of those hard ones and start going under the acrylic with it. then they'll just pop right off. if theyre still hard soak them in the polish remover some more
